H&J Auto Detailing LLC is a professional mobile auto detailing company based in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. We provide a full range of vehicle detailing services including interior detailing, exterior detailing, automotive detailing, paint correction, ceramic coating, mobile car wash, fleet maintenance detailing, carpet shampooing, and stain removal. All services are performed at the customer’s preferred location within our service area.

Booking and Appointments

Scheduling Appointments can be scheduled through our online booking portal at hjautodetailing.com/booking, by phone at 717-620-1178, or by email at info@hjautodetailing.com. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.

Confirmation Your appointment is not confirmed until you receive a written or verbal confirmation from H&J Auto Detailing LLC. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule any booking at our discretion.

Accurate Information When booking a service, you agree to provide accurate and complete information including your name, contact details, vehicle information, and service address. Providing false or inaccurate information may result in cancellation of your appointment.

Service Address As a mobile detailing service, our team will travel to your specified location. You are responsible for ensuring that our team has safe, adequate, and legal access to your vehicle at the agreed upon location and time. H&J Auto Detailing LLC is not responsible for any delays caused by inaccessible locations or restricted parking.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Customer Cancellations We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee at our discretion.

Company Cancellations H&J Auto Detailing LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to severe weather conditions, equipment issues, staff emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer to reschedule at the earliest available time.

No Show Policy If our team arrives at the agreed upon location and is unable to access the vehicle or contact the customer within a reasonable time, the appointment may be marked as a no show and a fee may apply.

Pricing and Payment

Service Pricing All service prices listed on our website are starting prices and may vary depending on the size of the vehicle, its condition, and the specific services requested. Final pricing will be confirmed prior to or at the time of service.

Payment Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in advance. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated on our payment portal. All payments are processed securely.

Premium Services Certain high value services such as ceramic coating may require a deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Deposit terms will be communicated clearly at the time of booking.

Late Payments Any outstanding balances not paid within the agreed timeframe may be subject to a late payment fee. H&J Auto Detailing LLC reserves the right to pursue collection of any unpaid amounts.

Service Conditions and Vehicle Preparation

Vehicle Condition Our team will perform a brief inspection of your vehicle before beginning any service. We reserve the right to modify the scope of service or adjust pricing if the vehicle condition differs significantly from what was described at the time of booking.

Personal Belongings Please remove all personal belongings, valuables, and important documents from your vehicle before your appointment. H&J Auto Detailing LLC is not responsible for any personal items left in the vehicle during or after service.

Pre Existing Damage Any pre existing damage, scratches, dents, stains, or defects will be noted by our team prior to beginning service. H&J Auto Detailing LLC is not responsible for damage that existed before the service was performed.

Hazardous Materials We reserve the right to refuse service if a vehicle contains hazardous materials, biohazards, illegal substances, or conditions that pose a risk to our team members. In such cases, a cancellation fee may apply.

Satisfaction Guarantee and Complaints

H&J Auto Detailing LLC takes pride in delivering high quality results on every vehicle we service. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our work, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion and we will do our best to address your concern promptly.

We may offer a complimentary touch up at our discretion if a genuine concern is raised within the stated timeframe. Concerns raised after 24 hours of service completion may not be eligible for remediation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, H&J Auto Detailing LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a service performed shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for that specific service.

H&J Auto Detailing LLC carries appropriate business insurance and operates with full care and professionalism. In the rare event of accidental damage caused by our team during service, please notify us immediately so we can assess the situation and work toward a fair resolution.

By completing a booking through our online portal, you consent to your appointment details being stored in our scheduling system and reflected in our Google Calendar for operational purposes.

Our booking page uses Google Maps and Google Places API to provide interactive address search and service area verification. Your use of these features is subject to Google’s Terms of Service.

Service Area

H&J Auto Detailing LLC currently serves Mechanicsburg, Harrisburg, Camp Hill, Carlisle, and surrounding Central Pennsylvania communities within our designated service radius. We reserve the right to decline bookings from addresses outside our service area. Our online booking system includes an automatic service zone check to help customers verify eligibility before booking.

Privacy
