Payment Authorization

By completing a booking with H&J Auto Detailing LLC, you agree to the following payment authorization terms. Please read this document carefully before proceeding with your appointment.

1. Payment Authorization

By providing your payment information and checking the authorization box during booking, you authorize H&J Auto Detailing LLC to charge your selected payment method for the agreed service amount. This includes any deposit collected at the time of booking and any remaining balance due at the time of service.

2. Recurring Payments

For clients enrolled in a recurring detailing plan or maintenance package, you authorize H&J Auto Detailing LLC to automatically charge your payment method on the agreed billing schedule. You will be notified in advance of each scheduled charge. You may cancel your recurring plan at any time by contacting us at least 48 hours before your next scheduled appointment.

3. Deposit Policy

A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit is applied toward the total cost of your service. The remaining balance is due at the time of service.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable. No-shows will be charged the full deposit amount with no refund issued.

5. Failed Payments

If a payment fails for any reason, H&J Auto Detailing LLC reserves the right to cancel the appointment. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you to resolve the payment issue before cancellation.

6. Disputes

If you believe a charge has been made in error, please contact us within 7 days of the charge at hashim@hjautodetailing.com or call 717-620-1178. We will work to resolve any disputes promptly and in good faith.
